CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. We’d really appreciate it if you could stick to these times. Please let us know in advance your estimated arrival time.
If you’d like to request a late check-out, or early check in please contact us through your booking platform or any of the contact details provided in this manual. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request. Late check-out or early check in has an extra cost.
PARKING
There’s no private parking but there is a P+R public parking just next to the apartment, located between the building and the train stop. Pay attention to parking signs, restrictions, and applicable fees to avoid any inconvenience or fines.

GARBAGE AND CLEANING SERVICE

The garbage you generate can be deposited in bags in the containers that are located outside between the building and the train station.

Only for reservations of more than 7 days, a change of sheets, towels and a 2-hour weekly cleaning service is provided.
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking allowed inside the apartment. You can smoke in the balcony but do not throw cigarette waste or butts outside.

No pets allowed.

No unregistered guests allowed.

Please don’t eat or drink in your bedroom.

Please respect the noise curfew from 10 pm to 8 am.

Please respect check-in and check-out times.

Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of EUR 50.

Please take care of the furnishings.

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please take out the trash before you leave.

APPLIANCES

Air conditioning:
The buildings are built in compliance with the Minergie-P label, which amounts to low energy consumption and optimal criteria in terms of quality, comfort and energy, thanks in particular to an excellent thermal envelope. You cannot regulate the apartment cooling or heating. It is designed to maintain the same temperature both in summer and winter.

Washer and dryer:
There is a paid washer and dryer on the ground floor. You can access the laundry room with your key.
To use them you need an access code, so you have 2 options:
1. You can ask for your own access code (you can find the instructions in the screen in the laundry room). This can take some days so we recommend you do it as soon as you arrive. With your own access code you can add your own payment method.
2. You can use our access codes, which are:

At the end of your stay we will charge you the cost of the washing and drying that you have done. Cost:
Drying machine: 3,30 CHF / h (including admin. fee)
Washing machine: 3,30 CHF / h (including admin. fee)

Dishwasher:
Please make sure the dishwasher is full before turning it on. You’ll find the
dishwasher tablets on the kitchen counter beneath the sink.

Lightning:
The ceiling lamps of the salon/dining room are controlled with a Philips
HUE dial switch located next to the entrance door. Push once to turn on,
keep pushed to turn off.

If you travel in Geneva only, you need an unireso Tout Genève Zone 10 pass. This will allow you to travel freely throughout the canton of Geneva by bus, tramway, trolleybus, train and even shuttle boat with the Geneva shuttle boats. More info at:
