CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in en the day of the lease contract start is from 3:00 pm and check-out on your last day is until 11:00 am. We’d really appreciate it if you could stick to these times. Please let us know in advance your estimated entry an exit time.
SELF CHECK-IN PROCESS
To ensure a smooth self check-in process, please carefully review and follow the instructions below:

Pre-Arrival Communication:

Once the contract has been signed, you will be granted access to the rental management platform Rentila. Make sure you have access to it.

In Rentila you will have two documents available needed for the check in: Inventory and État des Lieux d'Entrée. Make sure you have access to them.

Take note of any specific access codes or directions provided to access the apartment.

Access the premises with the instructions you can find below.

Inventory Check:

In Rentila, you will find an Inventory checklist listing all the items and furniture present in your room.

Carefully compare the listed items with the actual items in the room.

Take photos if necessary and make note of any discrepancies, damages, malfunctions or missing items.

If you notice any damages or issues during the self check-in inspection, please inform us immediately.

Send us per email all your photos, comments and notes.

After we have received your comments and notes we will update the online Inventory accordingly in Rentila and launch the e-signature process.

This document must be duly signed virtually no later than 5 days after the start of the lease agreement. After that period of time, if the document is not e-signed and no comments are made, the Inventory is considered as fully agreed upon and subsequent claims will be rejected.

Room Inspection:

In Rentila, you will find an État des Lieux d'Entrée describing the conditions of the room and detailing the keys sets delivered.

Thoroughly inspect the room, paying attention to the condition of the premises.

Take photos of any damages as evidence of the room's initial condition.

Report any discrepancies, damages, or malfunctions.

Send us per email all your photos, comments and notes.

After we have received your comments and notes we will update the online État des Lieux d'Entrée accordingly in Rentila and launch the e-signature process.

This document must be duly signed virtually no later than 5 days after the start of the lease agreement. After that period of time, if the document is not e-signed and no comments are made, the État des Lieux d'Entrée is considered as fully agreed upon and subsequent claims will be rejected.

The garbage you generate can be deposited in bags in the containers that are located in floor -2.
APARTMENT RULES
We kindly ask you to read these rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

No smoking allowed inside the apartment. You can smoke in the balcony but do not throw cigarette waste or butts outside.

No pets allowed unless authorised by us.

Please respect the building noise curfew from 8 pm to 8 am.

Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

There is a washing machine in the apartment and a shared dryer in the building. You can access the laundry room with your key.
